For refunds, our standard processing time is 2-5 business days from the time we receive your returned package. In some cases, it may take longer due to exceptional circumstances, and we will notify you if this is the case.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

To the US:
We ship within 2 business days of you making your order. Shipping normally takes 5-15 business days to arrive.
International:
We ship within 2 business days of you making your order. Shipping normally takes 7-25 business days to arrive.

How do I track my order?

Shortly after your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email that will contain your order tracking information. Please be aware that in some cases the tracking information can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.

Help, I think my order is lost/hasn't been delivered?

Firstly, don't worry. We won't let you miss out.

Sometimes things can go wrong and cause delivery to take a bit longer.

If your item hasn't been delivered within 21 business days for US orders or 5 weeks for international orders, please contact us and we'll launch an investigation.

The most important thing to us is that you are 100% happy with your order. We aren't just saying this. We really mean it. Without happy and satisfied customers we wouldn't be able to keep doing what we're passionate about - offering a place to discover awesome motorcycle loot! 

If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right. This may include:

  • Helping you to return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping);
  • Sending out a free replacement if you order is damaged in transit;
  • Providing a partial refund if your purchase isn't what you expected, but you'd like to keep it; or
  • Anything else we need to do to ensure you have a fantastic experience with Moto Loot and are 100% satistifed!

Can I return my order for a refund?

If it's still new and unopened, yeah no problem. Just contact us for the return instructions.

If it's used or there's an issue with it, we'll still look after you. Contact us to talk about it.

How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

Send us proof of you sending it back (like a shipping receipt) and we can immediately begin the exchange or refund process.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

As soon as we process it, your funds leave our account. From there, it normally takes 2-5 business days for your bank to process the incoming refund.

How do I use a discount code?

Head to the checkout and, on the first page, there will be a box for you to enter your discount code. Simply enter it there and click 'Apply'.
